About Me
Hi, I’m Ming (Registered Psychologist)
Therapy works best when you don't have to explain, justify, or translate who you are. Whether you're navigating complex family expectations, exploring your identity, or carrying the weight of high performance, I provide a compassionate, culturally responsive space where you can speak openly and feel genuinely understood.
I have been practicing as a Registered Psychologist in Sydney since 2017. During the COVID-19 pandemic, I recognised a growing need for accessible, flexible online therapy that fits into busy, modern schedules. I am passionate about creating a warm, non-judgmental environment where clients can show up authentically, process life's pressures, and build lasting, meaningful change.

Is therapy here a good fit for you?
You don’t need to have everything figured out before reaching out.
You might find this space helpful if:
You feel caught between expectations and your own identity: You're navigating intergenerational family dynamics, cultural obligations, or guilt around setting boundaries.
You want a space where you don't have to explain the basics: You are seeking LGBTIQA+ affirming therapy where your identity, relationships, and lived experience are fully respected and understood without justification.
You look successful on the outside, but feel drained inside: You hold yourself to relentless standards, struggle with chronic anxiety, overthinking, or burnout, and find it hard to truly turn off.
You value a structured, evidence-informed approach: You want more than just nod-along listening—you’re looking for warm, collaborative therapy that offers clear psychological tools (CBT, ACT, Schema Therapy, Gottman Methods, Motivational Interviewing and Positive Psychology).
